Generally interested in phylogenomics of Metazoa, and Ecdysozoa in particular. Genome sequencing several nematode species and a tardigrade. Host ArthropodDB, an analysis of arthropod ESTs (at http://www.nematodes.org/NeglectedGenomes/ARTHROPODA/ ) - currently sadly very out of date. Member of the Heliconius genome consortium and the Bumblebee genome consortium, and actively working on Heliconius species, Bombus terrestris, and gall wasps.
