Since September 2009 I work as INRA Bioinformatics engineer at the UMR203 INRA INSA-Lyon Biologie Fonctionnelle Insectes et Interactions (BF2I) Laboratory on metabolic annotation and network reconstruction databases. Since my arrival, I have worked on the CycADS project, a bioinformatics system developed using SQL databases and Java (paper submitted to the DATABASES journal). At present, I am responsible for the maintenance of CycADS and AcypiCyc (the BioCyc database for the pea aphid), as well as the implementation of Cyc databases for other arthropods.
